Sure, I'll post the information on the downgrade. However, it doesn't change anything. The way I read the EULA regarding upgrades/downgrades is as follows:

1. If you install the upgrade, you must uninstall the previous version.
2. You can reinstall the previous version, but to do so you must uninstall the current version

This doesn't help. Developer's don't have the time to constantly install and uninstall. Many developers need to switch back and forth several times daily.

I fail to see how this license will help promote upgrades.
