The user wants to print invoices for any number of states. The program will present states.dbf in list format for them to select the states and copy the selected states to a new cursor. I want to join this cursor to Invoices to show them a list of totals or print reports from. Since this is going to be fairly common through the application, I'm planning to create a bizobj to handle the details, but building this view has me a little stumped. I'm considering a bait and switch approach(design with States, switch to temp_states) but don't know where I'd need to pull the switch to make it use the temporary cursor.

Anyone have advice on how to do this?
