I have two other entries in the files section

Source: "C:\quote_dist\*.*"; DestDir: "{app}"; CopyMode: alwaysoverwrite
Source: "C:\dz_dist\*.*"; DestDir: "{sys}"; CopyMode: alwaysoverwrite

The first entry references the folder(c:\quote_dist\*) where I have the application exe and all the data files that make up the application. The second entry is for Dynazip I use Dynazip as a backup methodology in some of my application that call for a backup function.

With the four entries for the runtime files mentioned in a previous post you are set to go. The rest of the entries such as Icon, Task, Run etc are the same as the examples included with Inno.
