>I agree. I'm afraid I contributed a little to the other thread yesterday and now I feel bad about it. Things are not so bad. I really love the Cursor Adaptor in VFP 8. The flexibility that gives us is easily worth the cost. I respect Ken Levy alot, for where he's been and what he has done. It must be frustrating to work so hard on the product and then have to read us whine about how imperfect things are.
I started "the other thread" and I did'nt do it because VFP is a bad product or because I don't respect Ken Levy.
I did it because of the way MS treats us (developers, users). It's not because they practically rule the software world that we should let them do whatever they want. We should at least offer some resistance from time to time just to let them see that we're not completely comatized.
