How are most maintenance contracts setup? Time & material not to exceed a certain $? I am preparing a maintenance contract and I wanted to know what the rest of the world is doing. I have seen fixed price maintenance contracts in the past, but I am not convinced that these are 100% profitable. I know in the past some members have suggested giving a client various alternative options. For fixed price, they should pay a little extra to cover the potential risk. Well any comments would be appreciated. tia
