A client of mine is using VS6 (SP5 - enterprise edition), to try and extract some data from SQL-server7 (on a network) so that it can be used with MSDE (VFP front-end) on a standalone development machine. MSDE is installed. Can anyone tell me/him where to start? He has found VFP and Access options on an 'export to...' menu, but nothing to extract SQL-server compatible tables.

I am asking these questions on behalf of a client, so forgive me if there is some missing information. This may not be relevant, but MDAC 2.5 is installed.
