>I would like to ask a more legalwise person this question: MSDN is sold as an annual subscription. If we do not renew in a years time are we still allowed to use everything after the year is up? More specifically to all of us - are we still allowed to develop using the version of VFP6/7/8 that came with MSDN if we do not renew the subscription in a years time?

The way I understand it (IANAL) is yes. MSDN gives you the stuff for development and study (i.e. not for use in production apps). All are full products. If you do not renew, you do not get new discs in the future. But everything prior is yours to keep and use, even WFW3.11 if you have MSDN that old! < g >
