Well, I went. And I did look through the feedback stuff first.
Anyway, after signing up with e-bay and then going through 2 sign-ups for PayPal (first wasn't for international) I ended up unable to buy the thing!@#@!
Seems that INTERNATIONAL PayPal allows only $750 limit until I have had a VISA bill processed and I can give them a 'secret' number from that statement. They could help me if I gave them some bank account info, in about a week, but I wasn't ready to do that.
I was already planning how I was going to arrange my systems for MSDN. Oh well, at least I tried.
I did send the seller a note asking if there was other payment options, but I don't expect much on that front. But I could get lucky.
