Ok - I downloaded the package from UT and it installed properly - no error messages. I started the simple example tutorial - "hello world" - on your website - at first the browser did not come up - figured out that my popup stopper was killing it - disabled popstopper - ran webappbuilder again - it ran, popped up the browser, and localhost/test/default.asp threw an error- localhost gives the xp iis intro page so iis is working. Looks like the routine to setup the virtual folder did not work? I will try uninstalling and reinstalling tomorrow. Any ideas appreciated. I am excited to get this working.
