Right, but my reading of 8.0 is that the "supplements" is no longer the case. Instead, it's only "replace."

This seems to me to be a pretty big change.

So far, on these threads, it seems like there are two camps: the "this is a huge change and problem" group, and the "why is everyone making such a big deal out of this?" group. I am firmly in the former group! It seems as if I take EULAs more seriously than most folks, but isn't this what a company like Microsoft would want -- for us to take this seriously?

Is there a legal contact at Microsoft that we could contact who could clarify the policy with some authority?

Thanks.
