Here is the data:

this url: http://localhost/test/default.asp generated a 404 error.

The test folder had the following:
folders: data, errorlog, testr, test
files: postsetup.dll,.exe,.tlb,vbr

IIS MMC reports 3 virtual dirs - IISHelp, Afpdemo, Afpdemor - No "test"

I made a temp vd in MMC and pointed it to C:\test\test\wwwroot - where I saw a default.asp file - using that url I got the demo page.
