>Sounds like a hardware configuration/driver issue. Having identical machines, you can troubleshoot more easily.

Yes, I bought the parts about 6 months ago and build all the machines

I have checked the BIOS, but not during the boot process, I will give that a try.

Didn't even think about video drivers.

Besides Applicatioins, the processes are the same.
The thing that is weird though, is it is only fox that kills the mouse. If I exit Fox, the mouse comes back and works fine.
