Thanks. I don't go to the wish list very often, so I wasn't aware of that.

Do you know, are the other demo versions full versions, or are they crippled in any way?

>>Some of the comments I read from those on the VFP team seem to indicate that they are worried about the potential for using the demo version for real development. It might worry me that if they did a demo version, they might move to some kind of cumbersome product activation scheme to try to avoid improper use of the demo. Of course, maybe they could just do the product activation in the demo version, and leave the real version alone.

>>By the way, how do you know that someone voted this as Disagree? I only see the average rating.

>>>It may be just me, but I can't understand why anyone would rate wish #1192 - demo version of VFP - as "Disagree - I see no need for this". I note this same rating for a few wishes that ought not be DISAGREEable to any thinking person. They all could well be low on anyone's priority list, but surely not DISAGREEable.

>>>I just can't see how anyone could rationally say they see NO NEED for such a thing as a demo version of VFP. I could guess at some irrational reasons, but I don't think that the Wish List is the place for the expression of such feelings.
