The easiest way I know of is to make the form modal. Depending on what the menu options are, some may not disable. Another way [better way], is to use the SKIP FOR clause of each menu item. If the SKIP FOR expression is TRUE, that option is disabled. The SKIP FOR can be a call to a UDF as well to give you better control over the menu items.
