The setting is Tools | Options | General | Confirm file replacement. It's good practice to save/set/reset in your applications because you never have to be sure of what the setting is or that you haven't changed it anywhere in your app.

By the way, you can copy people on your replies so you don't have to make multiple posts asking the same question of each person. You can do this via the "CC forwarding" tab at the top of the UT response window.
