Hi Raymond,

This behavior is "by design" by Crystal and has been that way for many versions. How you can get around this behavior is to place the fourth line in a separate section below the one containing the 'Can Grow' field. When the field grows, it will push the bottom of the section down, if necessary, to accommodate the size of the field, moving succeeding sections down too.
