That American, Canadian, Japanese, French, etc companies 'contract' these outfits and that they also bribe the officials to keep things fully to their own advantage doesn't seem, in your idea of things, to play any role at all. It should.

It's NOT a case of the outsider companies (ours, in other words) "just doing good business for their shareholders benefit". It is a case of these companies taking everything they can get however they can get it.

President Bush, while running for office, said repeatedly that China was the enemy and definitely NOT an ally. The corporations have seen to it that he doesn't sing that tune any more.
