Thanks for trying it. It appears to be a more complex problem. Here is what I've discovered after 50 test and 20 reboots...

If I create a report with a GIF or JPG image and issue a "REPORT FORM ... TO FILE ..." twice, the second time I get an "Error loading printer driver" error and all susequent "REPORT FORM ... TO FILE ..." (with or without an image) fails with the same error until I reboot my machine.

I'm going to run a few more test using other print drivers and OSes, but this appears to be the jist of the problem at the moment.
