Yes I have accepted this wait window thing as a fact by now and it definately is a timing issue, guess we have to provide the time <g>. Kept the Please wait anyway as I don't want to get jumpy and start pressing enter-enter, this just distracts the concentration of getting things done in a jiffy.

>I have had similar problems with the LostFocus event. When I asked Microsoft they just said it sounds like a "timing issue". Maybe you could just say WAIT WINDOW "" TIMEOUT .55 and not show a message on the screen.
