Hello Ivan

You are missing an important point her. A barcode reader in practice IS a keyboard!

All normal barcode readers work by translating the barcodes into what is called scan codes, and sending these scan codes directly or indirectly into the keyboard input of your PC.

If you have a barcode reader which is connected in series or in parallell with the keyboard, you only have two options. Either you have to physically disconnect the keyboard, or you can mount a swith between the keyboard and the PC (or inside yhe keyboard).

If you have a barcode reader which uses another input than the keyboard input, you may be able to disable the keyboard input via WINAPI or something, you can NOT do this via properties in VFP.
