Just be sure to test everything on both browsers. The Mac browsers have a lot of limitations. The screen will look different. Some controls will not work the same and some features like enable disable may act differently on a Mac. Also, data on the Mac is much slower so something like a big table that is fast on a PC may be slow on the Mac. I have also seen issues where running more than one browser on a Mac will share the same cookie between the 2 instances of the browser. Client side XML does not work and I have seen Unicode problems as well. None of these are .NET problems. They are limitations IE for the Mac.
