Check the setup file it refers to: you'll probably find that a line number is repeated in a list somewhere. I know that's not very clear, but it's been a while since I've seen this error, and I don't remember how to resolve it.

If you aren't firmly attached to the Setup Wizard, you could download the Visual Studio Installer from http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/downloads/tools/vsi11/default.asp, and the VFP6SP5 MSMs from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?releaseid=28474.
