Terry,
Thanks for the idea. I cannot drag and resize when the diamond pointer appears, but I wonder too about the "normal" window being somehow out of view or microscopic.
Again, I get the diamond pointer when I right click on the minimized task on the taskbar and select "Size" or "Move". It appears slightly off the upper left corner of my desktop. I am unable to select or drag anything with it. When I left click with it, it immediately turns back into a normal pointer. When I left click and hold / drag, tt turns back to a normal pointer. When I right click with it, nothing happens.
I do suspect that the dimensions or positions for the normal VFP window (between minimized and maximized) are set to some impossible coordinates. Any ideas where these are stored in Windows XP Pro?
>When you get the diamond pointer, can you drag and resize? It just sounds like the interim size between Minimize and Maximize happens to be equal to the minimum size, just as you can drag and resize that normal middle sized window until it is within a pixel or two of being equal to the maximized size and shape.
