I would think that if MS really don't want that list available online, whoever hosts it will be contacted by someone asking (politely) that it be removed.
I know that some idiot started a class action suit against Microsoft which cost a lot of time and money. Even tried to rope in some people from the community on it, most of whom refused.
I wouldn't want to give people like that ammunition.
