I thought you were running the demo that you downloaded from UT. Didn't realize you were running the web demo. Claude can answer that better. For what it's worth,I just went to his site and got the same error message. Must be something at his end.
How do you like ActiveVFP? I just finished up a web site for a client in which clients of theirs looking for status of submissions, log in and based on their user ID display only the records pertinent to them. Client really likes it and the fact I spent less than 8 hours developing the system was music to their ears. I already had the tables just need to webbize them.

>This was on the activevfp website - would my local installation of activevfp affect the website demo? I have the demo software installed on my xp machine and I have recomplied the mtdll with some changes - none of that was running or open (that I know of, but I am very much a novice here). I would not think that that would affect the demo running at activevfp.com - or am I misunderstanding the topography here? If I am logged onto
http://activevfp.com and click on that demo link wouldnt that run the mtdll on that host machine and access the data on that host machine?
