When you tried with Outlook, was that on the same PC? Or, the error comes from the server? If from the server, have you tried to simulate the Outlook path directly from there? This would make sure it's not location specific.

Also, don't forget to add the status of the error in the message as well. Posting a message with a reference in the title makes it difficult for some to follow your question. It also makes it difficult for the search engine to extract related messages about specific queries if the relevant content is not part of the message.
