If your ASCII Text Template file contains only ascii characters, I mean non HTML code, then, it is normal everything will appear in sequence. Basically, that is the same thing as opening that file in the browser.

If you mean that you ASCII Text Template file contains HTML characters and it appears in Outlook all in sequence, then, can you paste a few lines of that template in here so I can try it here?
