Alonso,

Yes, SD storage makes a difference for storage but not for processing. The IPaq really screams for database applications. Embedded Visual Basic has its warts but the 64 Megs of Ram make up for alot.

Best of luck with your new application.

>Yes. We have a client that asked my company to develop one software for his sales team. So, in this case he wants simples things and not fast ARM based processors, MP3 playing, etc. And Palm PDAs are cheaper here (don't know for how long, but they still are).

>Sure about that? A palm program has an average size between 50 and 100 KB. A PocketPC program (as far as I know) is much bigger than that. And since you can buy expansion cards (SD or MMC) the 16 MB (or 8 in my personal case - have a m130) can become more with a 64 MB SD card (in my case, again!).

>>Take a look at Visual CE for fast (maybe a weekend including building the syncronization) construction of simple desktop apps. If you are building Enterprise applications there are several companies producing both data sync and wireless network connection products.
