Well, I took a look at it and it is exactly a normal reaction. Form2 is modal and, despite the fact that this could run ok in Delphi, or elsewhere, as per the internal way of doing things of those development environment, in Visual FoxPro, a modal window is a modal window.

The first thing to do here, assuming you would like to interact with all that, is to change modal to non modal in Form2. Then, see how you can adjust things here in there to achieve what you want to achieve.

If the purpose of Form2's modal behavior is to restrict its access then use another approach in it to achieve the same and all will then work ok with the other window.

The only time a modal window should be used is to process something and close it after. It should not be used in other way.
