Might not be that crazy if he/she was looking for experience and was looking for a job for months. What's better: No pay and no gain in experience or at least some pay and some experience?

I've been looking for a new job for the last 3 months and the few jobs I saw posted required so much expertise on many different tools that the ones I could apply could be counted on the fingers of one hand. The computer market is not the same as it was not so long ago. Many employers knows it and profit from it.
