I still try to get events from Mapoint into VFP
When I failed with it, I took few samples form Basic in MapPoint help to do this and also failed to catch events in MapPoint due to MapPoint help for basic
The first string in these samples is usually
dim withevents mapapp mappoint.application
When I ran the form with this string, VB said me about error-duser definition is not defined
I removed this line and kept the rest of the code for events
I ran VB form with rest of the code and did not get events reaction in VB form ( as I already did not get it in VFP)
I think, the line dim withevents is similar to impliments in VFP, which is also failed for MapPoint
Thanks for anybody, who can push me in the direction of catching events from MapPoint ( does not amtter in VFP or VB)
