- There currently is no setting like this, but I certainly can add one which would allow comparing structures. I would assume you would also be interested in Indices as well.
- I do not know how to bypass the comparison if the two files are identical becasuse the comparison is being performed by a separate and external program of your choice. As SourceCompare is initially configured it uses CompareIt.exe as the compare engine. If you would like to investigate another compare engine which exits when presented with two identical files, please do.
