That's perhaps the best approach, at least when you can't change it. But perhaps we can educate our neighbors a little, about some innapropriate behavior. Well, we have tried for a long time, but it turns out to be almost impossible. I have cases where a man died because of cirhosis (due to alcohol, of course), and the family then remembered him, at his funeral, with lots of alcohol. So, it seams people don't learn fast.

Changing the World sometimes seems an impossible task for mere humans, but I still believe that through the will of God it is possible.

Hilmar.
Difference in opinions hath cost many millions of lives: for instance, whether flesh be bread, or bread be flesh; whether whistling be a vice or a virtue; whether it be better to kiss a post, or throw it into the fire... (from Gulliver's Travels)
