I'm not saying you "need" anything.
What I am saying is that, based on the code that you showed (3 times you say "BEGIN TRANSACTION") then I expect to see END TRANSACTION (and ROLLBACK) 3 times too.
But if the code shown is only a sample, then this wouldn't apply.
