Does anyone know of a way to retrieve field names, data types, etc. from given table in an Access 97 (ugh!) database? (Using VB6)

For example, let's say I want the field names and datatypes for table 'Customers' in Database 'OrderEntry.mdb'. Can I get this information from an Access 97 database?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
