As in http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q314296 for VFP7:
Run "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VFP\foxhhelp7.exe" /regserver

For VFP6 it is foxhhelp.exe.
