VFP comes with an upsizing wizard that will automatically make the necessary coversions. I haven't used it since at least 6.0 (maybe 5.0). One of the problems that it had at the time was that it required SQL Server to have its compatibility level (7.0 and up) to 6.5. I don't know if this has been corrected or not in VFP 7/8.
