To further clarify -- for NATIVE DataSourceType you can not have a parameterized WHERE clause for the UpdateCmd property for batch updates. For example:

WHERE CustomerID = ?crsCstomers.CustomerID

If you allow VFP to to the Update SQL for you, there is no problem. Ever forward...
