I understand it is all files. Of course, the place where the problem is most likely to hit is in the memo (FPT), especially if you commit the imprudence of saving graphic files in it (the usual recommendation is to use JPG files on disk). UT members have reported data corruption when their data files go beyond the forbidden limit.

For larger amounts of data, tables can be splitted horizontally and vertically (as was actually done in the Eurotunnel project) - although I would probably prefer, in this case, to use a database server that doesn't have this limit.
