You have two options:
1. Use third-party product. See MagicLibrary at
http://www.dotnetmagic.com/downloads.html - it's free!!!
2. Use owner-draw menus. To see example how to do this, search Microsoft site download section for the file 101vbnetsamples.exe. This approach does not requires third-party products, but is more complex and difficult to use.
