Glenn,

I opened both projects and added some classes (according to the VFP help) by dragging from Project A->B.
Now when I run Sourcecompare, the classes added to Project 'B' are displayed as differences.
I have isolated the problem as being that the 'classlibrary' property of the class in Project 'B' still points back to where it was in Project 'A'.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
TIA.

>Yes that is correct, The compare window is just that, it is not a "round trip" tool. Perhaps in another year with significant development time there will be a version which will apply changes made in the compare windows. As for now however you need to use the Class Explorer.
