Can u pls, send me link to this Easymail objects in order to examine it,
because I am in the midle of building/implementing exactly the same
scanario.

What I found / utilised were
TECHHIT/EZDETACH and ORNIC/CATRAP mail addon-s
(both in combination) in order to suit my needs.
