Right click on the table select 'standard' from the 'table view' sub menu. You will now see the table structure, not just the column names. The to print it, right click on the empty space and select print. Be careful though that your zoomed out far enough that it can fit on a page, or whatever number of pages you want it to span.
Another cool tip.. you can actually modify your tables from the diagram.
