Personally, this entire business of war with Iraq is something I find very displeasing, especially the way that the United States wishes to handle it. In fact, I would not agree that a war is justified even if everyone else on the planet thought otherwise. I do not think the United States or the United Nations should attack a country that is “just there” and “might do something” because “it did something before” or "to change the political regime" for whatever reason.

Look at the value of working with Pakistan to capture Al Quida members during the last few days? To me that has real value and not one life was lost (that I am aware of) as opposed to the potential loss of hundreds of thousands of military members of England and the United states and millions of Iraqi citizens, with God knows what may happen after that?

When and if war with Iraq is successful for the United States, what will the next target be? What nation will take it upon itself to depose the government of another country for whatever reason, real or supposed?

Perhaps I am too old fashioned but I have a different set of values and ethics as compared to what I see being displayed by all too many persons around the world.

The world will never be "perfect" because mankind is in charge in one way or another.
