In the US, it can be purchased from the normal resellers. I assume it's the same in the UK. Look at http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/prodinfo/levels.asp for information on the different levels. The incremental price difference between full VFP8 and MSDN Professional isn't very much.
