Hilmar did highlight the most of them from memory (pretty impressive, I could never do that), I would add the coverage profiler, strict date format, hyperlink objects, forms properties added (scrollbars among others), project hooks, wizards (connection and database in particular), access and assign methods, in process and out of process Automation servers, multi threaded DLL (SP3), component gallery, ole drag and drop and many more.

I think VFP 6.0 was an incredible improvement and a stable product.
