Chris;
The reality is that we have no concept of what Saddam will do in the future. This is easy to say but yet difficult: If Bush is right about taking out Saddam to prevent a world catastrophe, he will have been correct. I am not a mind reader and trying to read the mind of Saddam is something only a Cobra could do. Just one snake to another if you get my drift.
Taking out Saddam negates so much of what we have been taught and lived. It may be the only answer I am sorry to say but such a decision is displeasing to me.
Regardless of what the verdict is war or no war, we have a big job ahead of us to rid the world of terrorists. I would like to see the United States concentrate on building alliances with other nations to work together to dispose of terrorists and the reason they exist when and where possible. Our work with Pakistan is a positive step towards eradication of terrorist elements and one which I would like us to build upon.
