I think he is in a better position to express what his point is. I am not a mind reader and do not like to "guess" what someone else is thinking.

I am not concerned with an individual who is an average member of society but rather what the President of France said and the implications of those words towards hopeful members of the EU, for taking the position of the United States.

By the way I am part Polish, in fact I am a mini United Nations, even though I am 2 meters tall. :)
