In this particular case you can say both sides are equally right and wrong. The mall management have a right to reserve the right of access, but at the same time it may have infringed on these folks' free speech rights.
On the other hand these folks have a right to free speech but should have left or removed the offending shirts if wanting to remain in the mall.
I guess it depends on which side you are on. I for one am wickedly enjoying all the nudie protests, it's hilarious. And there seems to be one each day, on different parts of the world.
