Hmm... I can't think of much else to suggest. If the FLL is external to the .EXE, the SET LIBRARY command should simply compile and work without complaint.
One thing to try would be a "recompile all" when rebuilding your .EXE.
Another SWAG: is it possible you have defined other functions or procedures with the same name(s) as the functions in the FLL? Or maybe that one or more FLL functions conflict with built-in VFP functions?
